act like you have all the answers, use a command-and-control style of leadership.

to succeed. Our Exectuive Coaching Program raises individual

the program. Why on the phone? Participants can focus 100% of their energy and attention on themselves and not worry
about impressing colleagues or "looking good". I have found that group phone coaching is even more effective
than in-person group coaching because no time or energy is wasted on maintaining appearances.
